I am so aggravated…I hate getting dressed in the morning, I am not losing weight like I used to…I feel stressed and just not happy…I don’t get it? I need to change my attitude…I am eating well, working out and not drinking(Well, Monday and today!) and still my attitude is terrible…what is happening?
