My new ‘Power’ Smoothie
Ingredients:
(Everything measured by feeling)
Celery
Carrots
Blackberries
Kale
Chia Seed
Hemp Protein Powder
Cinnamon
1/2 Banana
Flax-seed Oil
Lemon Juice (half)
Blend well and drink immediately.
Let me tell ya, this thing is AMAZING! So good and no sugar (other than the natural sugar in the berries and banana) It gave me so much energy, especially for a Monday. I am still fasting through breakfast but drinking this puppy in the morning to set my day up right!
My teas for the day.
Lunch
Green Beans with Garlic, Salt, Pepper and Onion and some Salad with Asparagus, Broccoli, Onion and Tomato (No Dressing)
Cucumber Water (My new favorite thing)
Workout
Ran a quick mile at the gym.

Lemon Water and Vegetable Chow Mein (Broccoli, Green Beans, Onion, Red and Green Bell Peppers, Snow Peas, Fresno’s, Anaheim Chili’s and Whole Wheat Noodles with of course Organic Soy Sauce and other Seasonings.
