Still behind on posting…my week has been filled with a ton of extra issues I was not expecting and it through me off a bit! Today was actually a good day considering…
No breakfast today. just lemon water and coffee. (I haven’t had my smoothie all week if anyone is keeping track-FAIL)

I cannot remember what i had for dinner…I’m pretty sure I did not eat dinner…another FAIL. I was exhausted and went to bed early oh and I didn’t work out either…FAIL.
