Morning Run
Woke up and went for a nice slow run in my old neighborhood. It was nice.
‘A Mile A Day’ Day 12: Complete.
Breakfast
Iced Tea(Since I am giving up coffee) and some of my husbands veggie pizza from the night before.
Lunch
Leftover Chicken Fingers and Fries.
Since we were in the area we were able to go shopping at our favorite natural foods store Sprouts
Got our favorite whole wheat tortillas, some seasonings that cannot be found anywhere, Chia Seed, Wheatgrass, some Berries and Apples. I always get so happy when I shop for food, natural food anyway, it is such a ‘high’ for me!
Dinner
Leftover Veggie Pizza and some Beer.
