Breakfast
Okay…started my day off right with my ‘Super Smoothie’ BUT for whatever reason this day turned into a mega cheat day…
Broke my morning fast and my no coffee rule today. (FYI, that disgusting cinnamon role made me sick to my stomach, that’s what happens when you don’t eat dairy forever and then suddenly do. YUCK.)
Had to cleanse with some good ol’ Hot Lemon Water
Lunch
Okay, this is a bad one. The sandwich was mostly good, not sure about the bread but the veggies and avocado were good…the chips, not so much and the worst…I am so embarrassed…A DIET COKE!!?? With all the preaching I do about this poison, I drank one…well not really I think I had a quarter of it and then tossed it feeling nothing but regret.
Got a new desk chair today. I am in LOVE.
Workout
It keeps getting better with the cheating doesn’t it? Notice how I put this under the ‘Workout’ section? Well…I didn’t workout. (Shame.)
Dinner
No dinner tonight for me. After this major cheat day, I was not hungry at all. Go figure.
I guess we are allowed these every once in awhile, but my personal opinion…it just isn’t worth it. I just get too thrown off of my regimen and I don’t like it.
