Day 1: Level 2-Nikki Sharp’s Workout Plan…this week went way better than last week’s day 1, I actually finished!

A little egg sandwich, I was not hungry and I start my 14-day detox tomorrow so didn’t want to fill up.

Kind of a weird night, I got home and wasn’t very hungry and some chips and red-hot and then 4 pot-stickers.

And a glass of wine…I would call this day falling of the wagon a bit!

Day 67: July 13th 2013

(Not pictured) But I had buffalo chicken wings and a Ceasar salad and it was well worth the cheating, cause it was good!

Skipped the workout yet again, I swear tomorrow will be a better day!

Day 66: July 12th 2013

Had my water and smoothie and then got to work and saw this wonderful display.

Choices. Temptation. I caved and had a donut, and it was gross and upset my stomach so much. Not a good choice.

I ate my leftover chicken and fries, had a beer and then added to my major cheat day by ingesting Cheez-Its. Made for a decent Friday night.

No workout…cause I’m a cheater and lazy.

Day 64: July 10th 2013

Had all the usual’s, hot lemon water and my smoothie.

Workout

Still easing my way back at it, recovering from that sickness so I just did Squats and Weights

Day 63: July 9th 2013

Feeling better today…finally.

Breakfast

Just had lemon water, tear and a smoothie.

Some home-made chili fries, made on organic red potatoes. So good.

Dinner

Finally I wanted to eat today, so I pigged out. Chili fries and now wheat bread and cucumber and then (2) artichokes with olive oil, lemon and garlic sauce. So good.

Workout

After I ate I did do (50) squats and about 15 minutes of weights. I was coughing the whole time, but I had to do something, I was feeling like such a lazy butt.
