Crazy day at work today, so no regular smoothie or tea just tons of water.

Lunch: Veggie Sandwich (Not pictured)

Workout: Yoga, Weights and a few HIIT Intervals

Dinner: Beer, since it’s technically my Friday night. To eat: A Clean Egg Sandwich with tons of Avocado.
