Day 97-104: August 12th thru August 19th

Hello beautiful people. I know in my last post I said I was going to do weekly posts rather than daily posts and I would like to retract that post. Last week was a MAJOR cheat week. I think when I don’t have any accountability I just do whatever I want. I’m slightly over reacting cause I did have mostly hearty and healthy meals, but I over snacked and ate out more than normal. I still exercised daily, but because of my fairly bad eating I just didn’t have my normal energy. I have tossed the scale(figuratively) so I have no way of knowing if I gained 10 pounds, but I don’t feel like I have, my clothes fit way better and I still feel thinner. My point here is I am back at it to daily posts, I need the constant accountability and I love being able to skim through my progress and see what I did daily. So here we go I am back to cramming your inbox’s with my daily food and workout regimen. Woo Hoo!
