A yummy dinner tonight…Salmon, Green Beans and Veggie Rice
So good, I always love making Salmon, it’s quick, easy and good!
Workout
Still easing my way back at it, recovering from that sickness so I just did Squats and Weights

Feeling better today…finally.
Breakfast
Just had lemon water, tear and a smoothie.
Lunch
Some home-made chili fries, made on organic red potatoes. So good.
Dinner
Finally I wanted to eat today, so I pigged out. Chili fries and now wheat bread and cucumber and then (2) artichokes with olive oil, lemon and garlic sauce. So good.
Workout
After I ate I did do (50) squats and about 15 minutes of weights. I was coughing the whole time, but I had to do something, I was feeling like such a lazy butt.
Breakfast
Had a smoothie and tea for breakfast. Instead of getting better, my sickness is just getting worse…i do not get it! Help!
My view for today.
Fever Reducer: Did you know that putting raw onion on the bottom of your feet, wrapped in a warm towel is a natural fever reducer? It actually works too.
I am desperate today, I was starting to feel better and then I took a turn for the worse. High fever, not eating and terrible migraines. What is happening to my body? I never get sick like this…

A bowl of cherries(I didn’t eat the whole thing…don’t worry.
My husband and my morning smoothie…well after we finished them…we like to drink our health drinks out of alcoholic beverage glasses. It’s just plain fun!
Lunch
Skipped…again. When I am sick I rarely feel like eating.
Dinner
Leftover Chili.
And again…no workout today. Still Healing. (The worst part of being sick, for me is not being able to work out.)

I am so sorry i have been away, I was terribly sick and this week was my first week back at it and it was a slow and still-healing one. It was a long week and I am still stuck with a terrible cough.
Breakfast
Some yummy fresh watermelon.
Usually I don’t do the ‘more fruit, less veggie’ thing in my smoothie, but lately I have been craving them!

Chili…made with these beautiful peppers and tomatoes from our garden.

-No workout today, trying to let my body heal.
