Mustered up the energy to do a 20-minute video workout and a 30-minute yoga session.
After Workout Snack
Decided to switch up my usual smoothie and have a fruit smoothie today, it was yummy…Banana, Strawberry, Hemp Protein Powder, Chia Seed, Coconut Water and Ice.
Lunch
Some guacamole and chips.
Dinner
Meat Day: Steak, Vegetable Brown Rice and Bell Peppers
