Day 31: June 7th 2013

Standard

Today was a day from…I don’t know somewhere very bad!

Breakfast

Fast.

Lunch

Had a quick little lunch consisting of my cold veggie salad and some chips.

I had to have a quick lunch before I headed all the way to Huntington Beach for work…that’s when things get a little frustrating…I left for Huntington around 1, left there at 3:30 on the dot…got home at 8:30PM. NO JOKE! I absolutely HATE  traffic!

I was starving from not eating hardly anything and I was getting more cranky by the second so I stopped at my old favorite junk spot where I used to live…let me tell you it was yummy…and fattening…but worth it.

Finally got home and after a hectic hour or so of packing and getting everything ready to house sit for my in-laws…I finally was able to relax and had a couple of these…

Made this awesome little dish for dinner, cucumber, onion, grape tomatoes, olives, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil. So yummy and so easy to make!

I know I ran today, but for some reason I did not take a picture! So…

‘A Mile A Day’ Day 8: Complete

I thought I was going to die with this one…I barely made it. My calves are so sore from running in place on Sunday I felt like I had 20 pounds on my back. I almost collapsed after I was done. I did not do any other workouts today because I was so sore I could hardly walk, figured my body needed a little rest!

Day 26: June 2nd 2013

Standard

I was so lame today, I didn’t take any pictures…I was out of it…trying to relax and just slacking off everywhere else! I did spend most of my day on the couch watching the new season of Arrested Development and now I am sad it’s over! I should have spread those out a bit more.

Husband made the best salsa so I filled up on that for lunch!

Since I was WAY too lazy to actually go for a run I decided the run in place for 10 minutes…which is about what it takes me to run a mile so I figured that was equivalent…I think it was cause I am SO sore today…my calves are on fire!

Made tacos and had a few beers, it was very yummy. So yummy I ate it all before I could snap a photo!

Day 25: June 1st 2013

I believe I had some chips and salsa, but I forgot to take a pic and I completely forgot…I do know I hardly ate anything today!

Day 22: May 29th 2013

Standard

What a slacker! It is Monday the 3rd and I have not blogged since last Tuesday, that is almost a week! No bueno…you would understand if you knew the week I had. I have been going through some work issues and as a result have slipped into an unnecessary haze of depression and still to this day I cannot snap out of it. I am trying very hard to not let my emotions get the best of me…but it has proven to be a difficult task thus far.

Well here goes, a quick run down of the days of posts that I am behind in…

Didn’t do any other workouts tonight, no time had big dinner plans with my beautiful Mom, Grandma and Auntie.

Champagne(Of course!), Corn on the Cob, which I usually hate, but it was actually good, a yummy salad and a very little piece of sweet potato(which I still hate, yuck!)

I had such a wonderful and late evening spent with my family, it was so nice to have dinner cooked for me and to relax and chat…I didn’t want to go home!
