Dinner
Meat Day. I have not had chicken on my meat day in over 4 months. I am so weird-ed out by chicken I just cannot eat it anymore…but let me tell you…the Trader Joe’s all organic chicken is wonderful. It is amazing what whole, natural chicken tastes like. So yummy. I savored this meat day. Oh the sauce is my homemade buffalo sauce, Olive Oil, Garlic, Rice Vinegar, 21 Seasonings(from TJ’s) and of course Red Hot.
Not looking forward to work tomorrow.
