Breakfast
Fast. and Tea. and Hot Lemon Water.
This one happens to be my favorite, but usually I start every morning with a Detox Tea then Cranberry THEN Green Tea. (I may have a drinking problem.)
P.S. I have not had coffee in 5 days now. (I cannot believe it)
Lunch
Chips and Guacamole Salsa, and a very weird sandwich: Mustard, Artichoke Hearts, Olives, Green Bell Peppers, Tomato, Onion and Jalapeno…it was surprisingly good!
Oh and I had my late afternoon/before my run smoothie!

After Workout Snack
I was starving today!
Dinner
Well before dinner I ‘lunch prepped’ for the rest of the week! This makes like so much easier.
A couple slices of Avocado, Tomato, Onion and a few Red Potato Fries
(I made them for my husband, but I just couldn’t resist!)
Water & Perrier a girl’s best friend! (Especially when you can’t drink alcohol.)
It’s time to get serious.
